About the SYAMFA Concerto Concert

The Seattle Young Artists Music Festival has only one competitive section: the Concerto Division. Students accepted in this division are eligible to be selected for concerto playoffs. Each year, up to six outstanding finalists are presented with a professional orchestra in the Young Artists Concerto Concert. The sights and sounds of this stellar event are guaranteed to inspire young and old alike.

Selected from an original field of 150 entrants, Concerto Division winners often go on to study at The Juilliard School, Curtis Institute, Oberlin Conservatory, Eastman School of Music and other prestigious schools. The concert is an event of the highest caliber and should not be missed by any classical music lover.
